Terms and conditions apply: All prizes can only be collected from 18 January 2007 after 2:00 p.m. from the Creative Store at 31 International Business Park, Creative Resource, Singapore 609921. The collection of any prize must be made in person by the winner. Winners must be able to produce their respective NRIC when they claim their prize, failing which Creative has the right to disqualify such winner. Prizes must be claimed within 2 months of first notification. Unclaimed prizes shall be forfeited and donated to charity.
