The Directors are pleased to announce that an ordinary tax-exempt dividend of S$0.10 per ordinary share has been declared for the financial year ended 30 June 2009.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Transfer Book and Register of Members of the Company will be closed on 16 November 2009 for the preparation of dividend warrants. Duly completed registrable transfers of the ordinary shares in the capital of the Company (“Shares”) received by the Company's Share Registrar, Boardroom Corporate & Advisory Services Pte. Ltd. at 3 Church Street, #08-01 Samsung Hub, Singapore 049483, up to 5:00 p.m. on 13 November 2009 will be registered to determine members' entitlements to the dividend.
Members whose Securities Accounts with CDP are credited with Shares at 5.00 p.m. on 13 November 2009 will be entitied to the dividend. Payment of the dividend will be made on 30 November 2009.
