The 3D Blaster RIVA TNT2 Ultra supports software DVD decoders with hardware-based color and pixel format conversion. The 128-bit graphics engine guarantees exceptional game play, while programmable gamma tables optimize image-quality for both text and image-based applications. An S-Video connector delivers high-quality NTSC and PAL signals to televisions. There is also a video extension connector which allows users to add hardware support for new features such as Creative's Dynamic Extended Resolution (Dxr3) for hardware-based PC-DVD playback.
