SINGAPORE - July 23, 2007 - Creative Technology Ltd. (NASDAQ: CREAF) today announced that the Company has extended the date for voluntarily delisting its Ordinary Shares from the NASDAQ Global Market ("NASDAQ"), with August 31, 2007 as the last day of trading on NASDAQ. The date extension to August 31, 2007 from the originally announced date of August 1, 2007 has been provided to give U.S. shareholders who wish to sell on NASDAQ before the delisting or transfer their Creative NASDAQ shares to the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited ("SGX-ST") additional time to make arrangements to do so. After August 31, SGX-ST will become Creative's sole exchange listing. The delisting from NASDAQ would not affect the status of Creative's shares on the SGX-ST.
Creative will announce its Q4 FY07 results on Wednesday, August 8 at 8 a.m. Singapore time (Tuesday, August 7 at 8 p.m. Eastern time).
