The Sound Blaster Audigy 2 NX features superior 24-bit ADVANCED HD audio through 24-bit/96kHz Digital-to-Analog Converters (DACs) with a signal-to-noise ratio of 102dB. This allows the Sound Blaster Audigy 2 NX to provide high definition, ultra-quiet and hiss-free audio playback making MP3s, CDs and other audio content sound crisp and clear. This audio clarity is most noticeable when listening to DVD-Audio discs. DVD-Audio provides over eight times more detail (in terms of bitrate) than typical CD quality delivering clarity, while preserving the warmth and depth of the original recording. The Sound Blaster Audigy 2 NX allows listeners to enjoy DVD-Audio content on their notebook or desktop at up to 24-bit/96kHz in 5.1^*.

The stylish and compact Audigy 2 NX has connectors to record from or play to virtually any audio device.
