This site allows you to deposit your resume into Creative’s electronic database for the purpose of matching your skills and qualification against career opportunities in Creative. Creative respects your privacy and recognizes the need to protect it. To appreciate how we manage your personal information, we ask that you take a few moments to read through the terms of this privacy statement carefully before you proceed to submit your personal information.


The Creative’s electronic resume database is managed by Creative’s trusted partner(s) who may store the information you submit with your application in overseas facilities.

Our partner managing your confidential information is bound by appropriate confidentiality agreements and unless otherwise required by law, your personal details submitted may not be accessed or used by Creative’s trusted partner(s).

By logging into Creative’s electronic database system and entering the requested data, you are authorising Creative to collect, use, disclose, store, process, and transport of your personal data to our trusted partners’ facilities and agreeing to the data management processes and practices mentioned in this statement.


Your information in our database will be made available to and accessible by the hiring managers from the respective business units and subsidiaries. Please note that your resume will remain in the database even if you are not selected at the time of your application. This will enable us the opportunity to re-consider you for other roles (based on your skill sets and relevant experience) should possibilities arise in the future.


Personal data of candidates will typically be destroyed within six (6) years of receipt of application. Candidates may also choose to write in to us at recruitment@ctl.creative.com, with your particulars including name, NRIC/Passport Number etc specifying your request to have your data deleted from our database. In such an event, please note that you will not be re-considered for any potentially suitable roles in the future.


In ensuring proper safeguards in the protection of your information, the relevant portions of Creative’s Online Privacy Policy shall apply in conjunction with the Creative Careers Privacy Statement.
